Focused Sessions are intended to cover special and emerging topics that do not fit into the regular technical tracks. Proposals submitted by the Focused Session Organizer(s) are reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee. If approved, the Focused Session Organizers are expected to solicit paper submissions. All papers are peer-reviewed according to the standard rigorous IEEE reviewing procedure.
