Instructions on Submission to Live Demonstration Track
- The title of the submission should start with “Live Demonstration“ and a colon followed by the topic of submission.
- The submission should be no more than 1 page in length and include the following sections below the title and author information. Submission with more than 1 page will be automatically rejected.
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Demonstration Setup
- Visitor Experience
- Conclusions
- References
- Format of the title, authors, author affiliations, abstract, and keywords should follow the same requirements as for regular submissions.
- A special template for submission to Live Demo track can be found here.
- If accepted, the 1-page submission will be included in the conference proceedings but will not be included in IEEE Xplore or indexed.
- The authors can choose to simultaneously submit a full-length paper in regular tracks of the conference. This full submission will be separately evaluated by reviewers through the regular review process.
- If accepted, the authors need to upload a pre-recorded (15 min) video that will be included in the YouTube channel of the IEEE Sensors Council. Copyright form will need to be signed by the corresponding author. The video will not be disclosed to the public until the conference event takes place.
- Author is required to present the live demo in an interactive format at the conference, either in person or virtually.
