Reduced “add-on rate” applies to participants who register for the Full Main Conference.

Author Registration (Option A & B)

Note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered.
Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member or Non-Member registration fee. Student Registration fees and Daily Registration Fees do not cover paper publication/presentation.
Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
Each full registration fee can cover up to 2 papers.

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by September 30, 2023. You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.
